The company was established in 2010 as the successor to the Tanker Division of Cardiff Marine Inc. which was formed in 1991. The company provides, on behalf of Owners, first class ship management services. TMS Tankers Ltd. is staffed by dedicated and experienced professionals providing comprehensive ship management services including technical management and supervision of maintenance, inspections and repairs, safety, quality and environmental compliance, crew management and training, as well as purchasing. TMS Tankers Ltd additionally provides commercial management services including operations, post-fixture administration, accounting, freight invoicing and insurance.
