Description
The course intends to provide a basic training for seafarers responsible for
designated safety duties associated with the care, use or in emergency response
to the LNG fuel on board ships subject to the IGF Code.

Including 2-day Tanker Fire Fighting module

Entry standards
The course is principally intended for candidates who require certification for basic
training. Seafarers responsible for ships are obliged to untertake training designated safety duties associated with the care, use, or in emergency response to the fuel on board ships subject to the IGF Code. These seafarers have already completed an approved course covering occupational health and safety precautions and measures including carrying out firefighting operations on all types of tankers.
