The Ship Simulator & Bridge Teamwork Course focuses on behavioral dynamics and team work between deck officers in the use and coordination of knowledge, experiences and available resources to achieve a high standard of safety at sea. It also touches on positive attitude change to reduce management error.

The course is designed for deck officers that may be responsible for safe operations of various types of vessels. The objective is to ensure that sound resource management practices underpin ever day operations by increasing the staff’s willingness to change the behaviour and attitude in a positive direction regarding safe operation of the vessel.
